Enforcement

The Tribes fisheries enforcement staff is charged with protecting the resource and enforcing all finfish and shellfish harvest regulations.

The department has regional sergeants, a corporal and officer.  They patrol 2,250 square miles of marine area in Puget Sound, Hood Canal, the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the San Juan Islands, as well as 1,250 statute river miles.
